Make the pancakes with simple ingredients, but with lots of ingredients you’ll be able to make a lot with a little effort.
How to do it: Heat a frying pan over a medium heat.
Add your pancake batter to the pan, and cook until bubbles form, about 4 minutes.
You may need to add water if the batter is too thick, or if the pancakes are too dry.
Drain on paper towels.
Pour your pancakes into the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes more, until golden brown and crispy.
You’ll want to transfer the pancakes to a plate, and serve with your favourite toppings, including whipped cream or maple syrup.
The ingredients for this pancake are: 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup milk 1 egg 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/6 tsp ginger, finely chopped 2 eggs 1/32 cup flour 1/10 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1/5 tsp baking soda 1/20 tsp baking oil 3/4 teaspoon salt Instructions Heat the coconut oil in a frying or wok over a high heat, until it starts to smoke.
Add the coconut sugar and salt and stir until sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the milk, egg and cinnamon.
Once the mixture starts to bubble, add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and stir well.
Once this mixture has dissolved, add your pancakes, and stir just until the pancakes start to form bubbles.
Transfer pancakes to the plate and serve immediately with whipped cream, maple syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
