New York, NY—February 6, 2017—In a recent interview with The New York Times, Brooklyn’s new designer brand House Shoes was quick to point out its most coveted feature is the house, a new concept that takes the idea of a cozy loft into the realm of the home.
“We wanted to create a space where people can relax and do things they normally wouldn’t be able to do in a house, because they’re always on the move,” said Jodi Bowers, founder and creative director of House Shoes, referring to the space’s spaciousness.
House Shoes is a mix of modern and vintage house styles, and is inspired by the history and heritage of New York’s neighborhoods, which can be found on both sides of the Atlantic.
The new space in Brooklyn is located at 4-A Grand Street, just steps away from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.
House is currently working on its third season, and it is already taking orders for two different collections.
House shoes has been on the rise in the past year, with the brand now having over 3,000 shoes in stock and counting.
