A $5 million Minecraft survival home delivery game has been unveiled by Minecraft creator Markus Persson, with the winner taking home the grand prize of $5m.
The $5,000 Minecraft Survival Home Delivery game was launched by the Minecraft developer on Wednesday, after a competition organised by Mojang, Mojang Games and Mojang Studios.
The winner will take home the $5.5m prize for the game’s survival mode, which allows the player to control a family of six, with additional resources available in-game for each member of the family.
This includes the family’s house, a kitchen, storage space, a storage area, a living area and a workshop.
The game also includes a family tree and a crafting table.
“We’re super proud of the final result.
It’s not only the best Minecraft game ever but it’s also the best game ever to have come from Minecraft creator,” said Mojang’s Head of Game Design, Alex Perna.”
It’s a game that makes you feel like you’re part of the Minecraft family and that’s something I can’t wait to get back into.”
The winner of the contest is a Minecraft creator, but they are not expected to reveal their identity until next week.
The Mojang-owned Mojang will be providing a special thank you to the winner and their family in a post-game interview with the Mojang community.
“I’d like to personally thank the winners of our Minecraft survival Home Delivery competition for taking the time to come back and join us in celebrating this success.
We’re super excited to finally see the first family member move into their new home, and I hope they’re all as happy as we are!” said Mojanger Games’ Pernan.”
For those of you who didn’t win, we are super excited that we were able to provide the ultimate Minecraft home delivery experience for you.
The experience will make your Minecraft gaming experience even better!”
The game will launch in Q1 2018, with an initial launch planned for the third quarter of 2018.
