In 2018, the stars of Spice House (the UK’s largest independent dance music label) teamed up with Calvin Harris and Rihanna to launch their brand, Spice House.
The stars of the new brand created a hit single and their first ever mini-album, ‘Spirits’.
In this episode, we look back at how the star power of the Spice House trio took the spotlight and revealed the story behind the music they made.

Miley Collins) The star-packed roster of Spice stars who collaborated with Calvin and Rihanny in 2018 includes Miley, Mandy Moore, Miley Simpson, Mimi Imfurst, Kacey Musgraves, Jasmine Masterson, Tame Impala, Pharrell Williams, Zara Larsson, Tasha Reign and more.
We also hear from Kacey, who shared a story of a night of partying and partying and a night on her own that ended in tears when she realised her favourite Spice house track was not one of the hits of the day.

The pair were both 16 years old when they first started making music and they quickly realised they wanted to be artists themselves, but at the same time, they were also desperate for fame.
They wanted to do it big, and so they did.
They made the track ‘Somewhere’ with Calvin, and it’s now one of their biggest hits to date.
